We are looking for a Project Manager to manage organization of key client projects and accomplishes project objectives by planning and evaluating project activities.
Responsibilities:
1. Initiating the project, planning and outlining project scope, objectives, and deliverables
2.. Establishing and maintaining communication with the project team, management and stakeholders
3. Coordinating project meetings and decision-making processes
4. Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
5. Completing the project and creating required documentation.
6. Preparing status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information.
7. Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
8. Report and escalate to management as needed
9. Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
Requirements:
1. Educational background, preferably in the fields of computer science or engineering for technical project managers
2. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
3. Experience as a project administrator in the information technology sector
Technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
4. Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills, written and verbal communication skills
5. Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
6. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
